About resimate
"We built resimate because we were tired of resilience being measured by plans, not outcomes."
Floyd Pernisch & Patrick Lechner, Founders
Our vision
Resilience programmes have been measured by documentation for too long.
The data is there. The technology is there. Regulators and boards are finally paying attention. What's missing is one picture that BCM, IT, cyber, risk and third-party teams share. We built resimate to be that picture: one connected view that shows what goes down, what must keep running, and whether you can restore it in time.
What we believe
Three things we refuse to compromise on.
Outcomes over plans
A continuity plan nobody can execute protects nobody. Find what's truly critical, and measure what happens when it breaks.
Start with what you have
Messy spreadsheets beat a perfect CMDB that never ships. The view has to work with real, imperfect data.
Live in weeks
If a resilience programme takes 18 months to show value, the environment has already changed. Four to six weeks is our bar.
What we believe
Three things we refuse to compromise on.
Floyd and Patrick spent years delivering operational resilience and business continuity programmes, first at global professional services firms, then directly with financial services, manufacturing, pharma and tech companies. They've been in the room during cyber incidents, financial crises and humanitarian emergencies.
Then came a hospital. We ran the programme the classic way: interviews, workshops, asking every department what matters most. Halfway through, the hospital told us: "You can't run around asking everyone what's important. We need to find the truly critical things faster."
They were right. We changed the approach and started from the dependencies instead of the opinions. It worked, and it left one thought: there must be a better way of doing this.
Resimate is that better way: one connected view of your services, technology and suppliers. It finds what's truly critical, shows what goes down when something breaks, and stays current as your environment changes.
