Questions before you commit
Which plan fits us?
Use the slider as a guide. Starter suits smaller organizations with a lead who can run it themselves. Professional suits mid-sized, regulated organizations that want to go live fast with our team. Enterprise suits large groups with multiple entities and their own systems to connect.
What's the difference between the plans?
Every plan includes the full platform. Plans differ in size and in how much we do with you: map it yourself, map it with us, or have it connected and tailored.
What counts as an asset?
Any node in your view: applications, IT services, infrastructure, processes, people roles, locations and third parties. You pay for nodes, and the dependencies between them are free.
What if we outgrow our plan?
We'll let you know before you reach a limit. You can move up a plan at any time, and we'll credit what you've already paid for the rest of the term.
Is onboarding included?
In Professional and Enterprise, yes. Starter is self-serve, with guides, templates and on-demand import.
Can we add onboarding to Starter?
Yes, please reach out to discuss extra efforts.
Do we need a clean CMDB first?
No. Start with the spreadsheets, exports and diagrams you have. Data quality findings show where the gaps are.
Which integrations do you support?
Every plan imports spreadsheets and CMDB exports. Enterprise adds integrations with your systems through our open API.
Where is our data hosted?
On Google Cloud, in the region you choose around the world. Your data stays in the jurisdiction you need it in. We process personal data under the Swiss FADP and the GDPR, and apply GDPR standards wherever your data is hosted.
How long is the contract?
Twelve months, renewing automatically for another twelve. Cancel with three months' notice before the end of the term.
How do we pay?
Annually in advance, within 30 days of invoice. Prices are net, plus VAT.
Are there multi-year discounts?
Yes: 5% per year for two years, 10% per year for three.
Do new features cost extra?
No. Every release is included in your plan.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can export your data before the contract ends. We then delete it within 60 business days.
Can you answer our security questionnaire?
Yes, as part of the onboarding process.
