Website Hosting and Webflow
Our website is built and hosted with Webflow, a service of Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. When you visit our website, Webflow processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and the time of your request in order to deliver the website, ensure its security, and maintain its stability. Webflow may process this data on servers outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Contact Form (Native Webflow Form)
You can contact us through the contact form on our website. The form is a native Webflow form. When you submit it, the data you enter (e.g., name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message) is transmitted via Webflow and forwarded to us. We use this data only to process and answer your inquiry and for related follow-up questions.
Please do not include sensitive personal data in your message. We delete inquiries once they have been dealt with and no statutory retention duty or other legitimate interest requires us to keep them.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Google reCAPTCHA
To protect our contact form from spam and automated abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA, a service of Google LLC (USA) and, for users in Switzerland and the EEA, Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). reCAPTCHA analyzes information such as your IP address, browser and device data, the pages you visit, mouse movements, and cookie data in order to tell human users apart from bots. This data is transmitted to Google and may be processed in the United States.

Finsweet
We use Finsweet Attributes, a client-side script library that adds functions to our Webflow website (e.g., improved form handling, filtering, and interface features). The scripts are delivered through a content delivery network (CDN), which means that your IP address and technical request data may be processed by the CDN provider when the website loads. Finsweet does not use the library to build user profiles, and we do not use it to collect additional personal data about you.
